Growing up in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies, I was exposed to many cultures and religions which inculcated diversity and tolerance at an early age. Island life brought a freedom of beaches, dancing and singing calypso music.

Along with my undergraduate and advanced degrees from the US, my life and work have been powerfully enriched by the unique multi-cultural background of my youth.

From a very young age, I had a thirst, fascination and drive for going beyond the visible into the invisible realms of life. This journey began when I started meditating at the age of eight. Our home was a centre for Transcendental Meditation (TM), and every morning before school I meditated. 

​

This quest continued throughout my life with many deep explorations and on going spiritual pilgrimages to India and other countries. My intuition continues to guide me to my next experience like stepping stones as I continue to deepen my personal work.

Currently, my life crosses continents and cultures by living between the USA and Pakistan.  I am eternally grateful for the richness and depth of eastern and western ideologies that adds to my exposure and experience.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  

  • Ph.D. in Clinical-Counseling Psychology

  • Master’s degree in Counseling

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management

ENERGY MODALITIES:

For the past thirty years, I have been studying and practicing numerous leading edge Energy Healing Modalities. I have a range of training and knowledge in the following which I intuitively incorporate for the unique needs of each individual client.

I co-authored a book, When Nature Strikes, to help children deal with trauma in disaster-hit areas.

This book is published in English and Urdu by Oxford University Press, Pakistan.
